I use quickbooks and they offer a product called IPN (Intuit Payment Network) which allows you to email invoices to tenants with a payment link imbedded in the email.

For example a 3 bedroom home could be a four bedroom if the layout was altered.

I need something that is more intuitive than Podio and Globiflow and can handle automated Email, Text and even voicemail follow up if possible. 

It’s overall footprint and layout is almost identical to my house which was built in 1900.

I think East Nashville trends would support the SFR...IF it was a SFR before and was converted to a quad, so the flow and layout COULD make sense again as I'm sure it did before.  

In short, these are great supplement tools to make screening or receiving payment more convenient, but they are not substitutes for developed intuition and property management.

I've only been messing around with Stessa for 2 or 3 days but I am liking the user interface and find the whole thing fairly intuitive.

@James Maradits I think you are very intuitive in your perception...by that, I mean I used to be hard on Cleveland...that said, we're all representing our respective markets the best we can (or should be)...but we are all in the state of Ohio.
