Once I get out I am looking to invest in Multi-Family properties in Kentucky.I am currently looking into buying properties near major Universities such as The University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Austin Peay University in Clarksville, Tennessee.I am looking for a mentor to guide me in the right direction as far as buying properties, finding lenders, closing deals and everything else that comes with real estate investing.If you are interested in coaching a young inspiring real estate investor please let me know.

I've been watching BiggerPockets Youtube channel for a while, and getting inspired to get into investing in Real Estate.

hi David and Joel,   Thank you very much for your input which is very inspiring and encouraging.

Its just that need of human interaction to really get going .Unless you have sit through these fantastic sales seminars and got the inspiration well its hard to imagine... much like church.. we all have a bible or some sort of faith based book.. but we still go to a service to listen to a priest , preacher , Imam , Guru ( of the Indian variety)  what have you.. because its that person to person interaction  that motivates and inspires.
