@Lucas Hunt50/50 is not uncommon - but also partners breaking up is also highly likely so what I would recommend is in the company operating agreement or in some type of agreement make sure you went through all the what ifs that could happen and how they would be resolvedIt’s a lot better to resolve them now versus when their is a dispute

When they don't know you, I've found they sometimes submit absurdly high initial bids.Last week, I needed a last minute guy to do some work that had lingered (my fault mostly) on a project.

Do your market research to set your base price (filtering by private room, in your instance), stage it cleanly and simply, have some great photos taken, start your prices low, then go high, be responsive to their requests, etc.The biggest difference will be in your description.
