i recommend posting more info on the project, the type of lenders you need and what the project is. may get better response

The lease stipulates that each of them are responsible for the full rent amount.One tenant has just moved out and the remaining one is asking for the security codes on the doors to be changed.I’m not sure where to go with this.

You need to be having 20-30 conversations a day to get a shot at finding a solid lead every day.

Also, in your response to @Rahma Zaghari, do you mean that a landlord needs to mentally detach from the house/property and treat it as a job rather than be emotionally attached to it?
