What about on business cards?

It's identical to about 6 other homes next to it, all of which have 3 units rented out, and have up-to-date green cards.

Of course, the method of reaching them (direct mail post card vs letter) may make a big different in addition to the message. 

Below is a list of how I want to start, and any obstacles that are stopping me from doing so are in parenthesis:1) Analyze the markets you want to hit in my city (Los Angeles) & come up with the criteria that you need to stick to. 2) Network with cash buyers by going to different events3) Make business cards & and two different websites for sellers and buyers, with a squeeze page from aweber (this sounds like it would be expensive) (do I need a buyers page and sellers page?)

I also am in a little too much credit card debt in my real estate business to pay insurance and taxes and would love advice from anyone who has crawled out from under that burden.  

If you play your cards right, you may be offered a little help from someone who can mentor you and guide you- you might even get paid if you can provide support to their business- become a gopher for them.

Survey ended up being scheduled for March 9th.On March 7th they tell me they need payoff requests for my car loan and a credit card.
