I think the property has been freshly renovated.

The regulations are written from the perspective of the landlord making the violation, so I wonder if there is different treatment if the tenant is the one who does the violation.

This worries me a bit, granted they are not in the same playing field in terms of layout and build materials as the RTR build, but it does concern me that from a numbers perspective, there are several homes in the area for sale at substantially less than the estimated $380k valuations.

In addition to that, who you are surrounding yourself with has a big impact on your perspective of the “wave”.

From a traditional lender perspective, they likely will not see this property in your DTI because it likely won't be reported.

I don't fault them for wanting to make money, but it skews their perspective on what is good for you.
