No food anywhere in the house.

One of our members here Rich Weese has a book, Janitor to Millionaire or something like that.

With "thank you" gifts, I usually try to use local businesses especially when it comes to food.

My lease says that the home was bug free when they moved in and if the pest control company determines that there is a new infestation caused by their dirty living habits, then they are responsible for the cost of the treatments to remove the problem.This hopefully motivates the tenant to be more careful with things like leaving food out for days.

Rich Wise and Brian Hancock will like this, he believed that the best employees in his hotels were Mormons, he said they don't drink, they won't stealfrom you and they have the best work ethic.

My analogy was to make the point that the two strategies are relatively orthogonal (like a Vegas bachelor party vs reading a book).Next time I'll use the analogy of choosing Chinese food vs burgers...is that less offensive?

I'm afraid I'd choke on my food knowing I basically took money by deceiving people.

Look at the market and after all Ohio is the food mecca of the country!
