Anyway - make sure you pay for labor - they can get their own materials and give you receipts - no mark up on materials.I would use the recommendation of the local REIA for sure - stay away from the web if you can for this since you have access to someone who can recommend - you might not be successful but you will reach success quicker that way!

You could most likely check with the local housing authority and they should be able to provide you with a clear answer, and they probably have a boiler plate form you can use as well.

The price on the shelf might be cheaper at one of the big chains,but in my experience,if you are a regular customer at the smaller building supplies,they will discount everything you buy.Go into HD and ask them what kind of deal they can give you on something and they only have the authority to sell it as priced.The other guys will cut you a deal to keep your buisness.
