Anyone else with an LLC for similiar reasons and applied for a local business license? 

Since I don't know the extent of what he might do in the remaining couple months, I'm concerned that he may damage the condo or building in some retaliatory way, or do something else troubling.  

Curious to get some feedback.If you got you a very hot, very motivated, high equity seller lead appointment that wasn't on market or on anyone elses radar, with a high potential for great margins....

I did get some decent appreciation in Texas and everywhere else.

Else I would do a HELOC or 2nd on a different property if I was only going to get $70k or so. 

Everywhere else gets either vinyl or tile because they are higher traffic.
