Even though the interest rates went up, its a far cry from the double digit interest rates of the 70's and 80's.

Side note: I disagree with people saying that poker is gambling.

What does this mean for real estate, I think you will see a slight decrease in home prices (single digit %) and a general cooling off of new housing starts. 

But how about a cheap plastic pourover cone and some No. 2 cone filters for it, a little hand burr grinder, a gooseneck teakettle, the timer on the microwave, a cheap digital scale, and two bucks in Trader Joe's medium roast whole beans in a little fancy-schmancy jar?

What the Covid has done is actually slow the Detroit market down just enough to keep the door open for investors who still want to get in while the getting is great and capitalize on getting that biggest bang for your buck, high double digit COC return, best rent to value ratio in the country as well as fruitful appreciation.
