If you advertise well with good pictures, good description of who you are looking for, a good description of who you are, and price it correctly - you will get demand.

I met a few friends at a Real Estate event and we have been talking about the process of getting a deal in a join venture, but we are confused on how a few things work:Should we do an LLC for the joint Venture? 

But  the description of work and materials should be listed in detail in the contract .

You could also mention in your property description that you are or aren't student friendly.
