It seems like SFH and MFH housing depends a whole lot on quality of construction and aesthetic appeal, as houses on the same street price and sell for such different amounts.It seems like a nice Quadplex would be nice, but there is an argument for a Duplex.

Only thing I can think of as a positive constructive step is sitting down and doing math.  

My long term goal is to create a small multi-family development/construction company and eventually structure it into an employee owned company that creates opportunities for other families to be successful.I look forward to getting to know and learning as much as I can from the BiggerPockets community.

I have more than 8 years experience in construction field, specially in interior design and home remodeling but not in US.

Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable with the construction business.

Is it more like a construction contractor or a turnkey company?

In addition, as to the cost of construction, it varies widely, depending on the style of the building, materials being used, finishes, etc. 

It's tough to find construction/contractors  right now too. .
