Large contractors will do more advertising and networking, but they are chasing bigger fish than you typically find on BiggerPockets.

Put the onus on the one providing the documentation instead of the one accepting the document to chase it back.Just my 2 cents and good luck with your business

Today I spoke to the officer who was on the scene - turns out the 911 call was from a woman whose boyfriend lives in the complex, and she called the police because of a drug deal gone bad, and she was being chased by 5 men with guns (I'm not making this up, but she probably was).She ran and hid by our condo, then called the police back to say the men were gone.

(JP Morgan, Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, CapitalOne, etc.)- They ask you to pull your credit report from www.creditnav.com and send it to them. 

So rather than chasing dollars and return, I sought what I liked to do and what I was good at.  

I use Square Cash, PayPal, Chase QuickPay, and some pay with check.

Hi Kathleen,Just a couple of suggestions; I’m sure others will have more/better ideas:If Chase bank is local to you, consider getting an account with them.

I wouldn't want to go pick up 60 rent checks from 10 houses each month and chase 10 others who were late but to each their own. 

Giving tenant  positive incentives has saved me chasing rents and fixing a toilet chain.
