Not sure if this will change anyone's thoughts, but here's some numbers on the property.

There is a shortage of skilled tradespeople and while I hear many focusing on recruiting people to these jobs, I’ve focused on changing what these jobs are!

We always expect to lose some tenants that don't like change and don't want to play by new rules and we view that as an opportunity to reno, raise the rent, and improve the tenant base.

The bank has changed their down payment requirements on us twice due to errors on their part. 

The folks have changed a bit and it no longer really make sense to make turnkey rentals.
