I just think there's a lot of agents on here representing Ohio because it's a great cashflow market and they're doing a lot of business working with investors interested in this market.

The BRRRR project is a short term rental in Maine, and the sale falling through meant that the timing would not work out to get this new property up to catch the busy season.
