These folks have already received notice of the dates this will be happening (our Marshall's Service typically post that the event will occur at 8 am on "eviction day" even if it happens later that day) and so far, we've never been in the position where a tenant has had to be escorted off the property.Now...if you're asking the condition of what the rental unit looks like and what has been left behind....that's a different matter.

This does several items:1)  Your buildings are not vacant (which in some areas can lead to vandalism, and problems getting insurance.2)  The building are paying something until you get to the updates you wish to make. 3)  You will have some vacancies just naturally occur, which gives you the next one to fix. 4)  The tenants see the improvements you are making, some will want to stay.

I believe it is.If/when a recession occurs, it tends to hit Las Vegas much harder than other cities with more diverse employment/industry.
