I've tried lists but what works best for me is simple FSBO cold calls.

I dislike those immensely (because they can become luke warm / cold while the ink is drying, right after paying top dollar)! 

I am moving from cold Norway to (extremely) hot Houston in May this year and I am trying to figure a few things out before I move over.

After countless hours of scrubbing leads, trying to win over clients via cold calls, and provide value to those that don't even know what BP is for these traditional lead sources I will tell you straight up.  

Timmins, i know a few people that work, will reach out to them, if that does not work i will cold call HR.

I was a car salesman for about a year right out of college in 2010, and am currently working for a non-profit making cold calls and booking adventure trips with groups that work with at risk groups.

Instead, do your own marketing, whether that's direct mail, signs, networking, cold calling etc.

In New Britain, we are currently getting 1050 3 bedroom cold flat, but each time we've had to fight hard with the housing authority to get it.  

Do some of you cold call anyway?
