My beautiful and wonderful girlfriend @ashleywolkomir was just finishing up all her coursework and testing to become a licensed realtor in the state of Colorado.

I have a baby on the way with my beautiful wife and am laser focused on eventually replacing my earned income with cash-flow from real estate. 

Some will be a beautiful display of professional pictures, charts and graphs that expand 10-20 pages or more of information, while others will be a one-page summary of the offering with more information available upon request.
