I was going through the mountain of them this week and discovered charges for 115 dollars to mow a tiny yard!

But, when you ask should you back out because the seller is a liar and a jerk - it depends on if the numbers make sense in spite of the seller.I lived in the mountains of WA state for a long time. 

Also, imagine living in a location that will allow you to visit the mountains and beaches in the same day, all within less than a 3 hour drive.
