Welcome to BP, you will learn a ton about real estate here for sure.Being in Cincinnati I think you have a great opportunity as prices are still pretty reasonable .I've been seeing what's happened in the Over the Rhine area and it's pretty amazing , properties have appreciated a lot in that area and people are spending good money 300k to buy condos in the area .
