And Also You can get a good study with the "prep agent "  is a youtube channel ... thats to go over your lessons and accelerate your learning and understanding of terms .

I don’t have a background in real estate, aside from reading books, listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos.

I have been learning as much as I can these last 7mons from podcasts, youtube videos, and books (Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a classic btw).

Only one guest made a comment about live sports and we reminded him we provide YouTube TV and he was good.Per my account rep at vrbo, cable isn't on the top 10 filter criteria, which means nobody is looking for this specifically. 

Been reading a lot here, watching a lot of BP videos on youtube, spoke to several friends that are into real estate.

This past year I've been doing a lot of research into real estate investing (BP books/podcasts/webinars & definitely a whole lot of YouTube) and after watching many BP webinars, I finally decided now is the time to put my money where my mouth is and go Pro!

There's lots of videos on BP and Youtube that can show you how to analyze deals.

Some of the experts I enjoy listening to enhance my mindset are MeetKevin (has a youtube channel), Jim Kwik (focuses on enhancing your brain), and Andy Frisella (he has a podcast).

Listen to podcasts, follow people that are doing the business on social media and engage with their content, watch Youtube videos, read books on mindset (self-development +real estate +business).
