If this sale is that important to not to  lose,, beg, help her move, put stuff in storage,, get a temp hotel, and pay her,, to get out ASAP meaning like 3 to 5 days. the good news would be she could stay with family if someone is near by..

Doesn't seem to be the self-licking-ice cream cone that storage units are but maybe something that the rental fees could continuously pay for the management company, repairs, etc.

If I can increase my NOI (increase rents, lower expenses, add additional income through laundry, storage, vending machines, etc.), I increase the value; regardless of what another 8 unit community down the street sold for.
