Given that I worked closely with the Marines (as a contractor) for over 10 years and growing up right outside of Quantico, I can say from personal experience that I've known them all to take excellent care of their properties whether owned or rented.Flying out to check out Tampa in person tomorrow morning so the coffee will have to wait until we get back in the area. 

Good morning All,due to property taxes and all the fees that Illinois charges associated to renovation licenses (even for minor upgrades), I was focusing my property search on Indiana mainly B neighborhoods in the NW part.

I've already got my list as of this morning I've been contacted already by several.

Hey @Danny Randazzo This won't be specifically related to what has boosted my apartment investing, but it is directly correlated.A few months back I began practicing the whole "Miracle Morning" routine at 5am every morning for 1 hour.

I just happened to have my contractor in one of the downstairs units working on a rehab, so I shot him a message and he went to take a look at it the next morning.   

Most of the research that I have done says to call between 9-11 in the morning and then 3-5 in the afternoon.

I spoke with the assessor this morning and he assured me that the taxes would drop to about $7500 after purchasing the facility.

We had also closed on another duplex that morning down in Fayetteville and this was the first time either of us had bought real estate.
