Of course if I subdivide it I would be able to take 20 feet of the edge of this land and set it aside for an easement for that piece of property.I don't want to keep this property anyway so hearing sell sell sell is music to my ears.

Buy an apartment complex, have it managed and set back and cash the checks.

It is tricky to set up and can easily get out of whack so entries need to monitored carefully and not allowed to accumulate until year end.  

If you buy something in the $1-$15k range you might as well just have set your money on fire.

Make sure it's not listed before you waste your time thinking you will get it under your contract.Do you have funding set up?

I can set up searches in redfin all day long.  

Since I have my home equity line of credit set up, I could wait with that financing ready so that if things do correct I would be ready to scoop up cheaper properties...
