Investors are only going to come forward when you have actual deals for them to consider.If you just have leads, then you'll need to begin converting these to signed contracts; if you do have contracts, then we need to look at the quality of these deals to determine why you're getting no interest.If you were consistently finding smokin' hot deals, I suspect you'd have no trouble finding buyers.

So we hit a bad streak with houses having issues and GC's and subs taking their time to have things completed on time, quality of work, subs not being paid, my husband and I had to much involvement and time spent so we said we have to change strategies.4) We both work full time jobs so the time we could spend at the job site was limited and hence the reason why you hire a GC but then you start hearing comments "oh it must be nice to work full time jobs, flip houses on the side, and show up here when you want too and do nothing and make all this money!"
