We are beginning to move towards smaller multifamily deals 6-20 units and are wanting to pass that management torch to a professional company so I can focus on the acquisition side of the business.

We're seeking a PM that will treat our Tenants with dignity, respect, and professionalism and that will treat our buildings as though they owned them &  lived there themselves....Does such a thing even exist?

I'm new to REI, and since I work a very demanding professional career in a high COL state, turnkey REI seems tailor-made for folks like me. 

I think a phone call would leave a lot of room for miscommunication, and possibly even just leading to a dead end and wasting hours on hold. 

Then come year end you take your books to an actual professional and they charge you an extra $500 to clean it all up.
