I think taking a longer look at deals is acceptable but I also think that the market is so solid in KC due to the diversifcation of jobs, low (considering) unemployment rate, and our focus on recession resistant markets has kept KC above most markets for multifamily real estate investing.

I still think it’s silly since, at least in my area, agents listing investment properties usually have incorrect or missing info on the listing partially because they don’t take the time because the commission is so low, I think.So, it’s going to be tough to find an agent that will basically “show themselves” the property to gather all that info for you, any other general perspectives on the property and not be worried about you potentially getting pissed over a misrepresentation issue.

If you're in the Midwest it may be a bit harder because everything is so cheap but if you're somewhere that's a bit more expensive there will be plenty of responsible adults looking to rent single rooms.
