I’ll take those 4 Ben Franklins every 30 days for that ..but then again I’ve worked back breaking jobs running a jackhammer and digging ditches by hand when i was young for 240$ a week ,so this seems like a pretty good gig for relatively little physical effort

And the best thing is it wont take long or much effort to figure out whats going on, whether that shows his story being true or not.

I love the flexibility that it affords; the ability to be able to remove it and replace it later on with very little effort.  

This is probably my only genuine regret so far, I would be much further ahead if I'd put that money (and time!) 

I am not wailing on you, because you are driving ANYWAYS, so it is not much extra effort and your gas should be free.

And that given enough time, effort, and research, most people could probably figure out how to create a plan for their goals.Having said that, most don't.

Just make sure your marketing is on point and people have an awareness of what you do, make every effort to let anyone you encounter know what you're involved with. 

Good investment for them if they do an extra flip a year with what they learned, they both are doing multiple deals right out of the gate.If you're net worth isn't a multiple of $35k, and you're looking to do 1-2 a year, prob not worth the coin as there are many less expensive ways to learn things, they just take more time and effort (and probably some trial and error).A good analogy is opening a business by buying a franchise or starting from scratch.

Wow....why would I want to spend all of my time and effort doing strictly sales when this person who is buying this property will be generating approximately 100k a year in passive income from it?
