I am looking for accounting software and bought QuickBooks - the issue is my PM manages his own properties, and my properties, and I manage my own properties.  

I'm a software/ website development.  

She created this awesome software to automate your business and is strictly for the real estate professionals. 

* Is there a software available that is a "must have" for portfolio management?

Or if they use a PM software such as Appfolio, make sure you get login access so that you can run your own reports.   

I was wondering if anyone out there used propertyware.com as a property management software.

We do not have access to MLS ourselves and we basically got fast talked into buying "Propstream" software, which we have since found useless here in Texas after another investor explained to us that Texas is a nondisclosure state, so anything on this software is already public information so the comps provided are very inaccurate?

I'm in sales now and sell enterprise software for my day job so I don't think finding the deal will be my problem. 

But as the person managing the different properties I could see the value of not having to balance and reconcile various checkbooks by using one account with various charts in the software.
