@Will Payne Everything in real estate is 'subject to' the terms of the agreement you entered into.

The area market entered the pandemic in an extreme seller’s market.

However, because I am talking with experts now, I can fix my finances and put myself in a better position to buy when I am ready (which unfortunately may not be for another year or two).I apologize for the long post but I thought it might be helpful to hear from someone who is also trying to enter into the real estate investing world and is trying to learn as much as possible.

I guess I should not be shocked that some people in government have so little respect for private property ownership that they can commandeer property and infringe on contracts entered into by persons of legal age.

Hi everyone,I applied for the EIDL loan but unfortunately when I entered my losses in the application I put an amount projected for 1 month instead of the recommended 6 months?

The established syndicators are already playing in the larger property space, and I would think it very difficult to enter it unless, again, you get in with someone who's already established.
