Is it possible that a city with one very strong economic driver could be less risky than one with multiple drivers?

I'm chuckling because I once showed a tiny condo to a man who claimed to be a truck driver, who would only sleep in it a couple of nights per week, it would be cheaper than a hotel, for some reason he thought that meant he didn't need a background check.  

What's the appeal here with Fresno, isn't one of the biggest drivers that it's affordable?

Granted RE gurus are a little more miss than hit, but there are bad CPAs, Doctors, Attorneys, etc out there that people hire every day, and their entire profession doesn't get a bad rap, ok maybe attorneys :-)At the end of the day I think there are 4 main reasons BP members hate Gurus1) They have been ripped off before 2) They think if they had to learn the hard way, you should too3) They feel its a waste of money for information that you can easily find for free4) They are mad that you will pay someone else for advice, when you wont listen to them for free.1  can be said for any profession.

I’m currently a doordash driver so that won’t be too hard.

They dont understand it and it makes me angry and mad but do feel exactly where they are coming from and feel bad.

I use Cozy.co and if they did this I would be just as mad as other customers of erentpayment are currently.

Now I hear he's mad at us because of the cashed out tax consequences & that was after getting tax advice from his brother (the sometimes sober) bookkeeper.

Nobody shouldbe mad at anybody.
