However you need to check out the offering document for the details and verify what it is claiming.

Assuming lender is willing to work with you, you should be able to work out a modification/renewal that would get signed at closing by seller and lender along with the transfer document(s) that would be signed by you and lender.

In the front window there are documents posted from MCS - Mortgaging Contract Services, stating that the property is vacant and has been winterized, and to call their number for any maintenance concerns.

Banks will only start counting rental income after you have 2 years of history on your taxes.
