The female patients and visitors ALL had better nails than this hard working nurse and they all had had more expensive cell phones.Knowing I was taking care of them, while paying for their manicures (and health care) with my taxes, really contributed to my burn out.   

So maybe I’m not qualified to answer the question of whether successful people participate in forums such as this because I’m not successful.Heck, I’ve only bought $300 million or so worth of real estate, and here is the view from my office as I write this:Sitting in this very spot over the last two weeks with my laptop, iPad and cell phone my team has toured over a dozen multifamily properties.

Also, your drive miles used for rental as well as any home office and cell phone.

That does not mean just leaving them to their own devices.

Any mechanical device you ever buy will eventually break at some point.

I can turn the power on and off and read my meters off my cell phone.
