I am super excited to announce that we got approved for financing yesterday and should be signing our first contract on Friday to purchase a duplex that I had offered to us by our realtor!

I just got approved for their card for 15k so I might as well shop there, but not sure if you can stack the online $20 off $100 coupons with the 5% discount for using the card.

After talking to one he informed me that I couldn't get a loan by myself because I will need two years worth of tax returns to be approved for a loan and will need to get a cosigner.
