I would put a TV in each BR.

Like many of the flip shows on TV anymore, if you are selling properties in the $500K+ range, touches like these are a requirement. 

I use Red Apple Realtors and Shawna is great. 

How about a cap on how much Walmart can sell a TV for?  

I know Raleigh will have some big companies coming into play here soon like Apple, Google and Microsoft, maybe this would drive more eyes to the Fayetteville area.

Auto helps for sure but not the end all be all.And Detroit has no bearing its BMW Mercedes and Volvo.. additionally its much like SF  its a peninsula surrounded by water on 3 sides there is only so much land.its an Awesome city and place.. and I thankful one of the top flight TV Guru's turned me on to it 4 years ago !!!
