I have faith in the big apple and I know that people will continue to want to live and thrive there.

Just bumped into this app called rent karma where the landlord can review the tenants.

Quicken is not beating anyone by 7/8th's of a point comparing apples to apples; they hardly ever beat anyone by even a little bit so I'm guessing that what you are seeing is that you locked at the high a few weeks ago around the end of February and then rates dropped 3/8ths to 1/2 a point over the next 3-4 weeks. 

Im looking for App/software ideas on how to best track weekly, and sometimes daily, rentals on my lake side cabin.

I thought that it was more of a way to compare investment properties in about as close as you can get to an “apples to oranges” type scenario.
