I have a big family household and one thing I can tell you is that we always constantly arguing about who keeps touching the thermostat haha.  

And it is 2 cents of opinion that gets me a few thousand bucks in angry real estate agents trying to argue with me pretty much every time I bring it up.First, we need to admit to ourselves that the metrics we use to measure ourselves have nothing to do with the quality of the service that our clients get.

Sure this process is slower, but it is not capital intensive and can be argued is a lot less risky.

No sense in arguing with them or getting attorneys involved, just shop for new insurance.

It means renting each room to a single individual, never couples or families because they argue and make noise and you're packing a lot of people into a smaller space than they're probably used to so it needs to be ultra quiet. 

My understanding is that the contractor will submit bids and the insurance company will argue the prices, which ultimately slows the process.Look forward to hearing everyone's thoughts.

Most leases do not distinquish between PCS or Deployment order types and most landlords/investors are not going to argue with a service member when duty calls either. . .

If this tenant works for ABC electrical and contracts with his landlord and only his landlord on the side he would need a 1099 as he would be a contract employee for the landlord.

If there’s an issue he doesn’t argue simply fixes it with no extra charges.
