I have 27 turn keys , made it threw the worsted but tired of struggling.

I know the 1% response rate seems low, but the quality of the calls is good because they tend to be mostly motivated callers.Now the yellow letters on the other hand have a much higher response rate, but they tend to be a mixture of curious callers, angry callers, tire-kickers, and quality calls.

What if you found a seller who is tired. 

I was honestly somewhat tired of the excuses that I received from the sellers of why they weren't ready yet but I knew deep down inside that they were SERIOUS about selling the property.

One of the 3 calls I got was from an owner tired of paying taxes on a parcel of inherited land. 

Or maybe they are selling because they are a tired landlord and want to pass problems off to the next owner.

With that, I want to become passive role as I am tired of dealing with rentals.
