Since you are already using Quickbooks I would suggest using the projects feature in Quickbooks. 

That being said, I can certainly work within the 90k-120k refi.Depending on the area, I'm not surprised that banks/CUs would struggle.

I don't know, but I trust the CPAs I have spoken with to interpret the code, and apply it how the feel would stand up in an audit.

Owner, I have to manually download the reports from the portal, if they were automatically e-mailed, it would be easier.

Meaning: Instead of the app being submitted in 2 days or so, it's taken weeks. :-(  We are only staying with the bank because the rate is so advantageous and the terms are as well.
