The power of the internet can be a curse, if a person were in a room with others, they may not get any attention, on the internet they can be heard and recognized without any accountability, unless they are held accountable in a forum.

Also some before and after pics from the internet and estimating rehab costs with some known contractors helped bringing the case home - big time.Fast forward to today, we own 5 properties - two closed in the past two months.

Also, getting with technology has been the next step for me to grow as most of the deals I have actually gotten under contract came from the internet.

@William Yu  -- There are a lot of articles on the internet that discuss the "housing market", but keep in mind these are usually general in nature and often misleading. 

Although the "fantastic" internet restrictions here keep me from viewing the podcasts i will jump on the additonal resources.

There are many great sources on the internet for information, just google or search a few forums for endless insight. 

I came across Auction.com on the internet and was wondering if anyone has had any success finding profitable deals there. 

There are also calculators and estimators through out BP and on the internet.

I live in the North Hills, so it would be more convenient if they lived north of Pittsburgh or that they do work over the phone and internet.
