I have 3 plow trucks , service van ,and 2 equipment trailers all bought used , and have less than $40K in all of them and these vehicles make me money .  

I've heard from guests on several BP podcasts that 401(k) contributions are very modest investment vehicles and that I should take that money and invest in real estate instead.

Also, I don't want to take a big pile of cash on which i am going to be paying interest until i figure out another investment vehicle and that vehicle starts producing income.

The goal was to build up to nicer cars and start a collection but things have taken a turn as we've began importing vehicles from Europe and now we have this dream of building classics for companies as a mode of advertising.
