If the website is full of text without any social proof and 2 pictures, sure it's a bad example.Lumping everyone into one category and saying all SEOs and marketing experts get it wrong is, of course, your opinion, but I would agree most marketers in the real estate industry do not have the proper knowledge to execute an SEO campaign correctly.Cheers to your success and wish you the best.
