These places are often in a better shape though, so it's not that easy to compare.On Spanish residency and taxes: You have to pay tax on rental income regardless of your residence status.

Those area's are trending up now, if it continues many of those will be harder to find in the next few years.  

I am always doing research on trends and new development and I actually ran across the same article.

Any agent who's been in the game for a long time and has experience with getting pocket listings and non-listing into shape to sell has very deep connections with the tradesmen in her or his area.

There are planks that are more flexible and will shape to the subfloor and require glue down installation.
