Close-up's of book, pans..... seriously?

Trash out, sinks, toilets, tubs, cleaned.

Not sure of your goals with real estate investing, but I have a 14-month old (who's currently destroying pots and pans from the sound of things) and if you can house hack, I would highly recommend it.

That is a ton going down the toilet! 

Planning to do new tub, tile, replace one tub with walk in frameless shower, new countertops and fixtures, toilets, new flooring/tile.

You need to run the water in the sinks, flush the toilet, check out windows, open cupboards, etc. 

Grease and “flushable” toilet wipes are a big NO.and like others have said, getting it maintained every 5 years is good.If youre planning on adding any bedrooms, you will be limited by the size of your tank.One other pro is that if your wife accidentally flushes her jewelry down the drain, it will be at the bottom of the tank. =)

Assuming just inside handyman stuff like toilets, drains, and drywall?

Always be fair to him so when the toilet floodsout he will drop what he is doing to take care of you because........
