I have to try something that would allow me to make money online because my currency is $7 to $1 US and the key a lot of the time is speed.

We have guests there from 3 to 15 days at a time and it is way out in the boonies so there isn't much of chance at this happening.I don't agree with shorter stays causing more problems.

Sometimes if you are renting the unit and it is not insulated properly, then you hear footsteps and conversations from next-door units, so tenants complain a lot, but there is not much you can do.Also, one time the unit above mine leaked water into my unit, and the HOA said I needed to talk to people living above mine to fix the issue and they didn't have the fund to fix the bathtub from leaking into mine, so I had to pay for the repairs.Sometimes working with HOA and is painful, but other times is easy if the unit does not have problems

Not sure if you could do 3 weeks rent, but you can do 2 weeks for sure as they were living there for that time. 

You would be pleasantly surprised what you find and that people are willing to teach and help for little to nothing if you're willing to be humble and offer some value for their time.

Any suggestions on when is the best time to set up a LLC, is it too late to get it after an offer is accepted?

Detroit actually when I started there prices were higher than they are today.. then it crashed big time as we know.. and its crawling back but still not to 2002 levels.
