In hindsight, I would have loved to have dropped five offers just to blow that agent's mind.We do like to use two offers.

If the market drops here in SLC it'll hurt bad on this deal because we don't have wiggle room... 

I had a 740 earlier this month but this new credit card dropped it 66 points.  

@Michael Hayworth  well here in Oregon were everyone believes everyone.. and vacancies are less than 1% it was probably just easiest to give the account number so they just drop them in instead of waiting on the mail etc.. and maybe they don't have checking accounts.. but it was a concevieved Idea to just put the 150 in and then go to court tenant knew what he was doing

One option you could try is to refi your property into a conventional loan, assuming you have 20% equity, and drop the monthly payment.

(One contractor currently in jail, one facing two felony counts) 2) Also, you can always drop anything you start.

You'll be wasting precious time if you send them 2 or 3 letters and then drop them.

The reality is that there is always a shot that your section 8 voucher that pays you $1,000 a month could all of a sudden drop to $800 a month with the tenant responsible to make up the difference.  

Drops slowly, 60-90 days depending on they state, and will pay none of your fees or closing costs.Thanks for the response guys.
