Investing in a different market with stronger cash flow?

I know of another lender that doesn't ask too many questions when it comes to income and liabilities, however they do require a stronger down payment and good credit.

Granted you may not be able to take nice vacations or things like that, but even just taking a day to hang out with your family, or veg out on the couch can recharge the batteries allowing you to come back to work way stronger. 

Unless you feel that you could sell now and invest tax free into an area with stronger short term appreciation potential.

Move that money into a new property or a project that will net you a stronger return makes sense.
