It's not uncommon during rising rates to feel investment compressions - that's pretty normal, if you're wanting larger returns then you should aim for lower property classes but those come with their own inherent risks (maintenance, tenants, etc.)

We have evaluated many data sources over the years, and have found that our current one has some of the best data density out there, but yes there will also be cases where you might have to add information for your analysis that your public record office does not share.3) Although we aim to have the experience as mobile friendly and responsive as possible, the amount of data and the kind of usage that you should be using the software for does not lend itself to a mobile experience.

We generally aim to help Owners sell at a 10% Cap Rate, while Buyers want 12% Cap Rate or higher.
