Hi all, starting my first hotel, some of the rooms are big enough to either have 2 queen beds or a full kitchen and 1 queen bed.

Those websites are continuing to get better reputations as people see the value, hear the success stories, and realize they can get so much more for the same price or less than a hotel. 

I totally understand the desire to have a place here, but it all comes down to whether or not keeping a unit vacant for long periods of time is going to cost you more than the frequent hotel fees.
