They did it because that's just how they roll.A house that I owned for maybe 8 months had an eviction (long story, no level of property management could have kept this situation from happen, it was just a "this is real estate and stuff happens situation).

To my surprise, Jonathan claimed no knowledge of this situation; I sensed some defensiveness on our call.The damage to the home was extensive enough to require two holes to be patched in the roof and a small hole in the bathroom ceiling to be repaired.

Since this property is currently in our personal names (not our LLC) we've been paying for a $1 million dollar umbrella policy for about 5 years now to help in any situation that may occur with the house and ourselves personally, so perhaps I shouldn't be so worried about the equity build up in that property... it's probably unfounded.
